• Add finely chopped green chillies, crushed peanuts, salt to taste. If needed, mash boiled potatoes and mix well with Upwas Bhajani. Pour some ghee on pan and make dough of the mixture. Place a portion of dough on the pan and spread with finger tips. Cook covered on medium heat till it gets golden brown. Flip it to other side and cook till golden brown.

• For longer shelf life, transfer the packet in an air tight container.
