How to Use:
Soak 120 g of rice for 30 minutes, then boil with salt and whole spices until 90% cooked.
Mix biryani gravy, seasoning, and 60 ml water in a pan. Add 150 g protein (veg/meat) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
Layer cooked rice onto the gravy. Add 1 tbsp ghee and garnish with fried onion, mint, and coriander. For Dum Pukth, cover tightly with foil and simmer for 10 minutes on low flame.
