How to Use
Open Pan: 5 Cup of water for 1 cup of rice. In a large cooking pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Add the rice and stir gently. Cook uncovered for 6-7 Minutes on medium heat. Drain and rinse with more boiling water. Strain excess water and serve.
Closed Pan: bring water (2 cups) and rice (1 cup) to boil. Cover the pan with a tight lid and let it simmer for 9-10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow it to stand covered for 5 minutes.

For best result, Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it for 30 minutes in water prior to cooking
